| 摘 要： | 分析目前收费工作因收费体系不建全而存在的问题，提出了完善收费体系的思想，并将高校体系的内涵阐述为包含国家收费主管部门、高校内部管理部门、商业部门、社会媒体与交费主体学生本人的新思路，对解决目前存在问题，各组成部分应发挥的作用提出了一些看法。
