| 摘 要： | 本文从当前图书馆部分馆员存在服务意识弱化的现象入手，阐述了馆员服务意识弱化的表现，分析了服务意识弱化产生的原因。提出了加强馆员素质教育、改善馆员的工作、生活和学习条件等方面的对策。
