摘    要:本文从当前图书馆部分馆员存在服务意识弱化的现象入手,阐述了馆员服务意识弱化的表现,分析了服务意识弱化产生的原因。提出了加强馆员素质教育、改善馆员的工作、生活和学习条件等方面的对策。

Abstract:According to the Phenomenon of the weaken idea of some librarians at present, the paper argues the show of the weaken idea of service of librarians,discusses the causes of giving rise to it.It gives a few suggestions of strengthening the quality education of librarians,improving the conditions of living,working and studying etc.
