| 摘 要： | 地方高校图书馆的服务发展能力,受限于高端、复合、适用人才匮乏以及人员年龄与知识结构老化的问题。经过实践检验的＂专项内容演练＂是一个有效的方法,培养了图书馆员数字信息应用意识,传授了相关技能,在服务能力持续发展方面做了有益的探索。文章展示了部分案例,并阐述了组织参与的意义。

| Abstract: | The local university library’s service developing power,limited to the high-end,compound,the useful personnel is deficient as well as the personnel age and the knowledge structure get older.After the practical examination of ＂the special content drilling＂,the effective method,it has raised the library personnel numerical information application consciousness,taught the related skill,and made the beneficial exploration in the serviceability sustained development aspect.This article has demonstrated the partial cases,and elaborated the organization participation significance. |
