内隐学习范式在网球教学中的应用研究

摘    要:外显学习方式和内隐学习方式是熟练掌握一项运动技能的两种途径,这两种途径相互依存并协调发展。在运动技能的学习中,内隐学习的途径经常被忽略,应引起高度重视。本文使用录像教学法、图示教学法、表象教学法和暗示教学法能调动学生潜在的学习积极性,使学生在课外主动钻研专业技术,有利于学生网球专业技术的提高和流畅动作的形成,有利于推动网球事业的蓬勃开展。

Abstract:Implicit learning and explicit learning are the two ways for student to obtain sport skills;they cooperate with each other and will transform under the given condition. But in sport skill learning, the former is often neglected, which should be highly noticed. The writers of this paper point out that using video, graphic, idea and suggestive teaching methods can mobilize students ’ latent learning enthusiasm and make them actively master tennis skills. And this is helpful to promote not only students’ tennis skills but also vigorous development of tennis.
