| 摘 要： | 与其他出版物相比,网络出版物涉及的版权问题相对复杂。为保障缴送的网络出版物能够长期保存并合理提供利用,在进行相关的缴送制度设计时,应对版权问题予以充分考虑,规定保存图书馆享有解除技术保护措施权、复制权以及要求提供缴送内容支撑运行环境等权利,并对缴送网络出版物的利用范围、数量、目的、方式和时间做出明确具体的规定。
