| 摘 要： | 本文从暴力犯罪的犯罪学定义、状况与特点入手，探讨了暴力犯罪的生成机理与防治对策，指出暴力犯罪的生成是主客观原因共同作用的结果，认为暴力犯罪的防治对策包括治本预防对策、治标预防策略、矫治处遇策略。

| Abstract: | Starting with the concept in the criminological ,situation and characteristics of violence crimes, this article discusses the formation mechanism and countermeasures of violence crimes. The article points out that the formation of violence crimes is the common function by the subjective and objective causes. This article considers that there are three main countermeasures of violence crimes the preventive measures of fundamental solutions, the preventive strategy of temporary solution and the treatment strategy of correction. |
