| 摘 要： | 忽视创建工程的系统性与阶段性、创建规划愿景设计等战略组织方面的问题,使我国一些大学在创建世界一流大学进程中出现阶段性困境。创建世界一流大学的战略组织应遵循的战略过程是:挖掘和利用紧迫感,丰富和发展领导联盟,构建并沟通发展愿景,完善创建过程的组织与参与,制订阶段计划并夺取胜利,让创建精神在大学文化中扎根,使大学逐渐为新思想、新行为和新成员所占领和领导。改进和提高我国大学创建世界一流大学的战略组织,关键在于重塑战略组织过程并遵循其基本规律。
