| 摘 要： | 在既存的企业内部从事创新和创业活动是企业可持续发展的重要动力,这种动力来自于企业的内创业者。内创业者一般具有创新精神、自主工作和持续学习的能力、相应的专业特长等特质,内创业者及其特质为高校创业教育提供了一条新思路。高校创业教育需改变以训练学生创业技能为中心的现状,提升其自主学习和终身学习的能力,注重培养具有一技之长的创新型人才,并鼓励其走入企业进行内创业活动,最终成为企业不可或缺的重要力量。
