| 摘 要： | 以鞍山市城市居民为研究对象，运用问卷调查、个案访谈、数理统计等方法，对城市居民的体育活动现状及影响因素进行调查和分析，得出鞍山市城市部分居民的健身意识较差，缺少场馆和体育指导员的结论．提出加强社区体育指导员培养和体育场馆建设、加大宣传力度、提高城市居民的健身意识、广泛开展群众体育运动竞赛的有效解决方法．

| Abstract: | Taking the urban residents in Anshan as subjects,this paper employs the method of questionnaire,interview and data-analysis to make a survey on the current situation of urban residents' sports participation in Anshan and then makes a data-analysis,therefore,draws a conclusion as that urban residents in Anshan are lack of sense of body-building;they are in need of stadiums and body-building directors.The effective way to solve the problem is to enlarge the amount of body-building directors,to build much more... |
