企业内员工隐性知识共享分析

摘    要:新经济时代,隐性知识成为企业内重要的战略性资源,隐性知识管理是企业面临的新挑战。从企业内员工的隐性知识角度出发,通过对隐性知识内涵、特征及其共享性的分析,从员工自身及企业组织两方面探讨了企业内影响其员工隐性知识共享的8种阻碍因素,就促进企业内员工隐性知识共享的措施提出了建议。

Abstract:In the new economic era, tacit knowledge is the most important strategic resources of enterprises. The management of tacit knowledge is becoming a new challenge that enterprises facing with. From the employees tacit knowledge-sharing point of view, the paper analyzes the connotation, characteristic and sharing of the tacit knowledge. Then we discuss eight kinds of hindrance factors which affect the employees tacit knowledge-sharing in enterprises from the staffs and the enterprises aspect. In the end,the article points out four suggestions of promoting the employees tacit knowledge-sharing in the enterprises.
