| 摘 要： | 芷江档案局遭遇的一起行政诉讼案表明 ,当前一些档案违法案件之所以呈上升趋势 ,主要是由于人们的档案意识薄弱、档案管理部门的执法水平不高及档案制作方面的一些不规范行为引起的 ,而要真正做到依法治档 ,除了上述几个方面要引起重视外 ,还要进一步完善档案法律法规。

| Abstract: | The administrative contentious case which Zhijiang Filing Office met with indicates that, nowdays, the increasing of the filing illegal cases are mostly caused from the people's lack consciousness of files, the low level of law enforcement of some filing administratious, and some uncononical actions in making files. In order to achieve managing the files according to law, besides attaching importance to the items listed above, the government should make further perfections on the files law. |
