| Abstract: | Life long learning is a surviving concept in the 21st century, which is adapted to social development and will become future education rules and basic educational study form. Community education may be the ideal form of realizing life-long study in residential society because community education bases on the community, aims at the members of the whole community, and possesses social characteristics of educated participation and promotion. |
