| 摘 要： | 目前,农村居民参与体育活动健身的状况不容乐观,运用调查法、文献资料法、逻辑分析等研究方法,通过对下冻镇居民中开展体育活动的现状进行分析,并从武术的角度提出在下冻镇居民中大力开展武术活动的合理性和可行性,以促使农村居民更好地参与体育健身活动。

| Abstract: | At present,the situation of the rural residents parti cipating in sports activites is not optimistic.The paper uses the inrestig cction,documents and ligic cunaltsis,and analyzes the sports activity situation of xiadong,residens.And then the paper proposes thd rationality and feasibility of promorting Wushu in xiadong frim the Wushu perspective,in oroler to help the rural resdients take part in sports activity better. |
