| 摘 要： | 重视学生的情商培养，是音乐教育适应教育“以人为本”，满足学生获得自我发展和自我完善的要求的具体表现是服务学生未来生存与发展的需要；是在教育中体现学生素质“发展型”特征的需要；是尊重学生素质的“整体效应性”的需要；也是尊重学生素质“差异性”特征的需要。
