| 摘 要： | 国际汉语师资供求矛盾是当前影响和制约我国汉语国际推广事业发展的重要因素，实现汉语国际推广事业的可持续发展首先要解决国际汉语师资的供求均衡问题，包括总量均衡、质量均衡和流动性均衡。数据统计分析表明，当前国际汉语师资供求存在三个层面的失衡，一是国际市场上供不应求，存在大量“岗位空缺”的失衡，二是国内市场上供过于求，呈现“供给相对过剩”的失衡，三是国际市场与国内市场之间存在对接不畅的流动性失衡。为解决三大失衡，文章从三方面提出政策建议：一是培育和完善国内汉语国际教育市场，增强国内对对外汉语师资的吸收和消化能力；二是加强国外本土化师资的培养培训，提高国外汉语师资的供给能力；三是加强国际市场与国内市场的联动，实现国际汉语师资的自由、高效流动等。

| Abstract: | The imbalanced supply and demand of international teachers of Chinese hinders the international promotion of the Chinese language, which is related to the quantitative, qualitative and circulation balance. The statistical data show that this imbalance finds expression in three aspects： I. There is a dire need for such teachers in the international market. 2. There is a surplus supply for the domestic market. 3. There is a circu- lation imbalance between the domestic market and the international market. The possible solutions include the improvement of the domestic market for international teachers of Chinese, the further training of the local teachers abroad and better supply of international teachers of Chinese abroad, and better connection between the international market and the domestic market and free circulation of such teachers. |
