| Abstract: | In the overall implementation of talents strategy for powerful nation, cultivating top-notch innovative talents of full development is the foothold of higher education. Graduate education is the main source of cultivating innovative talents. The goal of cultivating top-notch innovative talents promotes the team construction of graduate counselors and at the same time proposes higher requirements on graduate counselors. |
