| 摘 要： | 普通话水平测试是国家级测试,应保证和维护它的严肃性、科学性和权威性.调查发现:普通话水平测试过程的设计和控制,其中特别是测试环境的创设和控制,对被测水平的充分发挥有着重大的影响,应引起测试组织管理者和主测的高度重视.以人为本、运用现代技术手段、营造良好的测试氛围,对被测普通话水平的充分发挥有着积极有效的作用.
