| 摘 要： | ESI高被引论文是一流学科的重要评价指标之一，本研究对基于ESI高被引论文的研究前沿探测方法进行了探索。本研究构建了基于ESI高被引论文的研究前沿模型，依据该模型对医学信息学的ESI高被引论文及其施引文献进行可视化分析，发现了该学科最受关注的5个前沿研究领域：电子健康档案、移动App、病人门户系统、临床决策支持、社交媒体，并在此基础上对该学科的3个发展趋势进行了总结。该模型不仅可应用于医学信息学领域，还可为"双一流"背景下其他学科的研究前沿分析提供参考借鉴。

| Abstract: | The number of ESI high cited papers is one of the important evaluation indicators of first-class discipline.In this study,the frontier detection method based on ESI high cited papers was explored.This study constructed a research frontier model based on ESI highly cited papers.ESI highly cited papers of medical informatics and their citing papers were conducted visualized analysis based on the model,Five research frontiers were detected:electronic health records,mobile apps,patient portals,clinical decision support and social media,and three development trends of the discipline were summarized.The research frontier model based on ESI high cited papers could also be applied to the frontier detection of other disciplines under the background of "Double First-rate". |
