| 摘 要： | 为总结图书情报领域求助行为的研究现状，分析讨论当前研究存在的问题。我们首先明确图书情报领域求助行为的研究范畴，并依据不同的求助对象，对图书情报领域的求助行为研究进行综述。发现当前图书情报领域主要研究了高校图书馆用户的参考咨询行为和数字图书馆帮助系统的求助行为，对社会化媒体中的求助行为和其它用户群体的求助行为研究不足。最后，提出我国图书情报领域求助行为的研究问题与方向。

| Abstract: | Through summarizing the research status of help-seeking behavior in library and information science,this study analyzed the problems about information help-seeking behavior research.By comparing the concept of help seeking of different disciplines,the paper conceptualized the notion of help seeking in LIS.According to different assistance,help seeking research in LIS are systematically concluded.This paper found that the researches has delved into reference and help use in IR systems of the users of university Library,but has neglected or despised the help-seeking in social media and other users' help-seeking behavior.Research questions and research directions of China's LIS were proposed in this paper. |
