| 摘 要： | 最近国内图书馆微信服务发展迅速。文章通过调查国内31家省级公共图书馆利用微信公众平台开展服务的现状,发现我国省级公共图书馆微信平台开通和认证的数量在近一年多增加迅速,在服务功能设置和服务水平上存在良莠不齐的情况:微信平台的开通未全覆盖,对平台消息推送功能、即时通讯功能、自定义菜单功能未充分利用,线上宣传不足等。因此,提出公共图书馆要进一步发挥微信平台的服务功能,需全面开通、认证微信平台,对平台定期维护,充分发挥平台功能,加大对微信平台的宣传推广等对策。

| Abstract: | WeChat public platform is a kind of platform which has rapidly developed in the recent years.This article investigated the current situation of the WeChat public platformservice of provincial public libraries in China, finding that the amount of libraries that opened and authenticated the platform is increasing, but the services level they provides are different:not all provincial public libraries has opened and authenticated the platform, the information service, instant messaging, custom menus has not been fully utilized, the situation of online advertising is also not enough.It proposed some suggestions for further use of WeChat public platform, such as, open and authenticate the platform completely, routine maintenance the platform, made full use of the platform, enlarging the propaganda. |
