| 摘 要： | 在京津冀区域协同发展大背景下，科技资源作为区域科技创新基础和战略资源，其共享直接影响着科技创新成果的有效利用。本文以京津冀科技资源整合、共享为目标，将科技资源数据与地理信息系统（GIS）相结合，建设集科技资源查询、空间统计分析、地图可视化、决策支撑、数据共享服务等功能于一体的京津冀科技资源数字地图服务平台，为政府部门和公众提供直观、全面、具有空间分析特征的科技资源信息服务。

| Abstract: | At the background of Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region's coordinated development,act as the foundation of regional science and technology innovation and strategic resource,the science and technology resource sharing influences the effective utilization of scientific and technological innovation achievements directly.This study aimed at integration and sharing of Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei's science and technology,to explore the new mode of Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region's science and technology information service under the under the condition of information resource sharing.This study combined the science and technology resource data with GIS,to construct the digital map service platform of science and technology resources in Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region.The platform integrated various service functions including science and technology resource Inquiry,spatial statistics analysis,cartographic visualization,decision support,and data shared service,providing the Intuitive and comprehensive information service of science and technology resources with the feature of spatial analysis for relevant departments. |
