| 摘 要： | 在对国内高校开展竞争情报专业教育(SECI)现状及其历史的简要回顾基础上,深入剖析当前普遍存在的"SECI目标定位与人才社会需求间存在较大偏差"等三大突出问题以及与发达国家的主要差距,并有针对性地提出了应根据今后改革开放不断深化国民经济发展转型升级要求,适时调整我国SECI发展目标和专业方向定位,逐步建立与社会主义市场经济发展实际相适应的竞争情报"专业——模块化"教学模式等三项对策建议。

| Abstract: | Based on the brief review the current and history of developed Specialized Education of Competitive Intelligence(SECI)in colleges and universities in China, this article discussed on three problems and gaps of SECI and qualified demand in society that were universal existed between developed countries and China, and it also fixed out three countermeasures including transforming and upgrading of national economy development;adjusting the objective and specialized direction of SECI in China;building "specialized-modularity" teaching model of SECI to adapt to socialist market economy development. |
