| 摘 要： | 优化高校图书馆阅读推广服务策略不仅可以提高图书馆资源利用率、满足读者服务需求，还能提升读者阅读体验、提高读者阅读兴趣，培养读者阅读习惯。通过识别读者的服务需求，确定不同的服务策略，构建基于QFD的高校图书馆阅读推广服务策略质量屋评估模型，针对QFD输入信息的不确定性，引入模糊集理论，用三角模糊变量对读者和专家的主观判断进行刻画。在此基础上计算出服务策略的重要度，通过成本效益分析，获得服务策略重要度的最终排序结果。定性、定量地评估读者的服务需求，实现了读者需求与服务策略间的精确映射，为基于不确定信息或专家主观判断的服务策略评估提供了一种系统有效的方法，并通过实例分析验证了评估模型的可行性和实用性。

| Abstract: | Optimization of university library reading promotion service tactics can not only improve the utilization ratio of library resources,meet the service requirements of readers,but also enhance the readers' reading experience,improve the readers' reading interest,cultivate the readers' reading habits.By identifying service requirements of readers,the paper determined the different service tactics,building house of quality evaluation model of university library reading promotion service tactics based on QFD.Considering the uncertainty of input information of QFD,the fuzzy set theory was introduced,using triangular fuzzy variables to depict the subjective judgment of readers and experts.On this basis,the importance of service tactics were calculated,through cost-benefit analysis,it could obtain the final sorting results of service tactics importance.This paper gave qualitative and quantitative assessment of service requirements of the readers,realizing accurate mapping between readers' requirements and service tactics,and provided a systematic and effective method for the service tactics assessment based on uncertain information or subjective judgments of experts,then through the example analysis,the feasibility and practicability of the evaluation model was verified. |
