| 摘 要： | 伴随着国家大数据战略实施的推进，政府数据开放相关问题的研究正处于快速发展阶段。本文以CAJD收录的政府数据开放研究论文为研究对象对其研究动向与热点主题进行了分析。首先，从期刊、研究者、研究机构、高被引文献4个层面分别对国内政府数据开放研究的重要期刊、高影响力作者、高产研究机构进行分析。其次，基于共词聚类分析结果显示，目前该领域的五大研究主题分别是政府数据开放的基础理论研究、面向电子治理的政府数据开放研究、政府数据开放政策研究、政府数据开放共享的保障机制研究、政府数据开放门户平台及其隐私保护研究。最后，指明了当前政府数据开放领域的两大研究热点。

The Mining of Domestic Open Government Data Research Trend and Hotspots in China Based on Information Measurement |

| Abstract: | With the implementation of national big data strategy, the research of open government data has received a lot of attention. Tis paper counted 152 journal articles on open government data retrieved from CAJD, and made analysis of research trends and its hot topics in the feld. Firstly, important periodicals, influential authors and high-yielding research institutions in the feld of domestic open government data research were identifed. Secondly, fve major research themes of open government data were identifed by Co-Keywords clustered analysis method, respectively, research on the basic theory of open government data, research on open government data oriented to electronic governance, research on open government data policy, research on the guarantee mechanism of open and sharing government data, research on open government data portal platform and its privacy protection. Finally, two research hotspots in the feld of open government data were revealed. |
