| 摘 要： | 通过对国内外网络平台设计对用户的影响研究的梳理和述评,发现现有研究主要集中在"网络平台设计对用户情感感知的影响研究"和"网络平台设计对用户意愿及行为的影响研究"两个方面。研究发现当前研究中存在"与对用户的情感感知及使用意愿和行为影响的研究成果数量相比,现有关于网络平台设计对用户持续使用意愿及行为影响的研究成果较少"、"网络平台的社会化特征对用户的影响没有得到应有的重视"等问题,"加大对网络平台设计对用户持续使用意愿及行为影响的研究力度"、"将网络平台的社会化特征纳入到研究中以探寻其对用户的情感感知、使用意愿和行为以及持续使用意愿和行为的影响"等是未来研究值得关注的领域。

| Abstract: | Through the literature review of the domestic and foreign researches about the impact of web platform design on users' perception and behavior, this paper found that the researches mainly focused on"research on the impact of web platform design on users' emotion and perception"and"research on the impact of web platform design on users' intention and behavior".There were some problems in the existing researches, such as"there were limited researches studied the influence of the web platform design on the users' continued using intention and behavior", "the impact of web platforms' social characteristics has not received due attention", etc."Pay more attention to the influence of web platform design on users' continued using intention and behavior", "explore the impact of web platforms' social characteristics on users perception and behavior"etc.were the important areas of future research. |
