| 摘 要： | 本文在调研中国科学院科研机构科技成果转移转化的现状和用户需求的基础上,详细分析产业相关信息资源的类型和调研渠道,并以能源行业新能源汽车和太阳能综合利用领域为例,从资源调研、资源采集/分析标引/审核/组织、平台的开发、平台的呈现与服务功能、实施效果5个方面探讨产业信息集成服务平台构建步骤与要点。

| Abstract: | On the base of investigation achievement transfer and transform for Chinese Academy of Sciences and user demand,the paper analyzed industry resource information types and investigation channel in detail,taking new energy automobile car and solar comprehensive utilization in energy industry for instance,it introduced the method and process of industry information integration service system construction from 5 aspects:information resources investigation,information resources acquisition,index,audit and organization,system platform construction,system platform service function and implement effect. |
