| 摘 要： | 知识转移对文化科技创新战略联盟有效性和稳定性具有重要影响。文章从冲突视角研究文化科技创新联盟知识转移的演化问题,构建文化企业和科技企业知识转移的非对称演化博弈模型,分析参数变化对文化科技企业创新战略联盟知识转移的影响。结果表明:文化冲突、知识冲突、知识转移量、惩罚额度等因素对文化科技创新战略联盟知识转移的动态演化路径及结果具有重要影响,最后使用软件Matlab,检验文化和科技企业知识转移在不同收益环境下策略方案的选择和演化趋势。

| Abstract: | Knowledge transfer has an important impact on the cultural and technological innovation alliance effectiveness and stability.This paper studied the evolution in knowledge transfer of cultural and technological innovation alliance from the perspective of conflict, constructed asymmetric evolutionary game model of knowledge transfer in cultural enterprises and technology companies and analyzed the effect of parameters variation on cultural and technological innovation alliance.The results showed that cultural conflict, knowledge conflict, knowledge transfer amount, the amount of punishment and other factors affecting cultural and technological innovation alliance knowledge transfer and dynamic evolution path in the results, and finally simulated through matlab to clear knowledge transfer strategy selection and evolutionary trend of the culture and technology companies in the case of different benefit. |
