高校图书馆教参系统资源呈现策略探究

摘    要:教参系统的资源呈现直接决定着系统的效能。采用网页调查方法调查985高校图书馆网站上所设教参系统的系统名称、界面层级、信息构架、呈现样式、呈现路径、呈现资源内容和类型、权限设置及系统外教参数据库购置等情况。发现各校馆对教参系统的建设途径不一且缺乏共享理念,各系统呈现资源的形式和内容等方面也无相应标准。呈现虽是系统构建的最后一个环节,但呈现结果的满意度却与系统构建的整个过程密切相关。呈现框架的拟定必须以体现系统构建过程的相关要求的基本原则为指导,所呈现的资源才能被人们更成功地发现、利用和管理。

Study on the Presentation Strategy of the Teaching Reference Resources System of the University Library

Abstract:The presentation of the system determines the efficiency of the system.This paper investigated the teaching reference resources system of websites of universities sponsored by 985 project and researches on the system's name,interface hierarchy,information architecture,presentation format and path,the contents and types of document resources,permission settings,and the system the library bought other than the teaching reference databases.The result showed that most of the constructions of the system had different ways and lack of shared ideas,which not only lacked the consistency,but also was absent of the standard on presentation and content.Only with basic principles,the resources could be searched,utilized,and managed more successfully.
