| 摘 要： | 目的/意义]随着图书馆所处的信息环境和技术环境的变化，这使得用户信息需求期望、信息搜索习惯和信息接受偏好也渐进地发生着改变，然而图书馆未能及时地捕捉这一变化，也未能很好地满足用户信息接受期望的变化，致使用户的体验性较差。方法/过程]为此，以区块链理论、情境理论和场景理论为基础，结合环境的变化，从区块链的数据去中心性、对称加密和共识机制、不可篡改性以及安全可靠性等特点出发探讨了其在图书馆场景中的应用。结果/结论]以不同场景应用为切入点，对以区块链技术为依托的图书馆信息资源共享场景、知识产权保护场景、网络学习场景进行了分析，以期为图书馆的场景化服务创新提供依据。

| Abstract: | Purpose/Significance]With the change of information environment and technology environment,the expectation of Library users' information needs,information search habits and information acceptance preferences are gradually changing.However,the library fails to capture and satisfy the change of users' information acceptance expectations,which makes the users to the service body of the library.Method/Process]Therefore,based on block chain theory,contextual theory and scenario theory,combined with the changes of information environment and technological environment,this paper probed into the application of block chain in Library scenarios from the characteristics of data de-neutralization,symmetric encryption and consensus mechanism,and untouchable modification.Result/Conclusion]Based on the application of different scenarios and block chain technology,this paper probed into the scenarios of information resources co-construction and sharing,intellectual property protection and network learning in libraries,with a view to providing a basis for the innovation of scenario services in libraries. |
