| Abstract: | From the view of game theory, the paper puts the library in the core role position of cooperative data service, analyzes its relationship with other stakeholders, seeks Nash equilibrium state; proposes the cooperative game strategy of multi win situation and constructs the guarantee mechanism to achieve the smooth and efcient development of data service. |
