| 摘 要： | 根据政府开放数据和政府网站服务质量评价的相关研究，提出六维度的政府开放数据网站服务质量的测量模型，并以此构建结构方程模型。以问卷调研的数据为基础，通过Amos21.0对结构方程模型进行验证并计算，得出评价政府开放数据网站服务质量的指标和各指标权重以及网站服务质量的得分情况。从而为政府提高开放数据网站服务质量建设提供参考意见。

| Abstract: | According to the studies about government open data and government website service quality,this paper put forward a six-dimension measurement model of service quality about website of government open data and built the structural equation modeling based on the model.Based on the questionnaire data,it also validated and calculated the structural equation modeling through Amos21.0 and got the index and index weight and service quality scores of service quality about government open data website.As a conclusion,it could put forward suggestion to improve the service quality about website of government open data for government. |
