| 摘 要： | 构建较为科学、完善的理论体系是当前图书馆知识服务发展的当务之急。知识服务理论体系需要以纵向信息价值链理论、知识组织理论、知识交流理论、知识螺旋理论和知识建构理论共同形成的理论集合为基础，从基础理论和应用理论两个方面确定研究内容和主要观点。知识服务理论体系可以通过学科化服务、真人图书馆服务、空间建设和信息检索教学等工作实践进行检验和证实。

| Abstract: | To construct a more scientific and perfect theoretical system is the urgent task for the development of library knowledge service at present.The theoretical system of knowledge service should be based on the theory of vertical information value chain,knowledge organization theory,knowledge exchange theory,knowledge spiral theory and knowledge construction theory,from two aspects of basic theory and application theory to determine the research content and main views.The system of knowledge service theory could be tested and verified through the practice of the subject service,the service of the human library,the construction of the space and the teaching of information retrieval. |
