| 摘 要： | 大数据为企业技术创新创造了条件，为企业的发展带来了新机遇。通过研究大数据和知识管理对企业技术创新产生的影响，构建了以市场需求为导向、以大数据技术为依托、以大数据资源深层开发为基础、以网络化协同创新为手段的企业技术创新的知识管理模式，并提出实施策略。

| Abstract: | Big data has created the conditions for enterprises technological innovation,and has brought new opportunities for the development of enterprises.Through studying the impact of big data and knowledge management on enterprise technology innovation,this article built the enterprise technology innovation knowledge management model that is guided by market demand,depend on big data technology,based on the deep development of big data resources,by means of networked collaborative innovation,and proposes the implement strategies. |
