| 摘 要： | 运用知识联盟理论和知识存量理论的分析方法，提出知识联盟中知识存量破缺性形成机理问题。根据理论模型，构建基于知识存量破缺性形成机理模型。通过数理模型分析，认为知识转移频度、失真度和共振度3种因素影响着知识存量破缺性。通过模型研究发现，在3种非均衡作用力的不同组合影响下，知识存量破缺性的形成过程呈现波动性特征，并沿着非线性路径经历了4个阶段，使知识存量破缺性从无序到有序发展，推动联盟内知识存量水平的提升。

| Abstract: | Analyzing from the theories of knowledge alliance and knowledge stock,the article proposed the issue of formation mechanism of breaking property about knowledge stock in knowledge alliance.According to theoretical model,the formation mechanism of breaking property about knowledge stock was built up.With mathematical analysis,it discovered that the breaking property about knowledge stock was affected by knowledge transfer frequency,distortion degree and resonance.By model study,it was founded that the breaking property about knowledge stock has waved with the effects of different combinations with three non equilibrium forces.The breaking property about knowledge stock had experienced development from disorder to order,which promoted the levels of knowledge stock in alliance. |
