| 摘 要： | 探讨图书馆数字资源评价指标权重的合理赋值方法，为相关的研究提供参考。通过文献调研法，对国内已有的图书馆数字资源评价研究的指标权重赋值方法进行了分析、比较和研究。结果表明：主观赋值法能充分利用评价专家的知识和经验，操作简单、有效，受专家的主观因素影响较大；客观赋权法的结果客观、科学、严谨，有时会弱化指标的内涵及其现实意义，工作量大、计算复杂；综合赋值法是最好的方法，也是工作量最大的方法，随着信息技术的应用，将得到更大的发展。

| Abstract: | This paper discussed the reasonable valuation method of evaluating indexes weight based on the digital resources from libraries and providing reference for related research.Through the method of literature research,valuation method of evaluating indexes weight is analyzed,compared and studied that existing domestic libraries.The result showed that the subjective valuation method can make full use of the knowledge and experience from evaluation expert,operation is simple and effective,but the subjective influence factor is also added from experts themselves;objective valuation method is objective,scientific,rigorous,sometimes,it can weaken the connotation and practical significance of the index and accompanied heavy workload,computational complexity,So comprehensive evaluation method is not only the best method,but also the maximum amount of work method,with the application of information technology It will get more development. |
