摘    要:目的/意义]移动阅读已成为全民阅读的主流趋势,移动环境下用户如何利用阅读工具提升自身阅读体验对推进移动阅读服务质量具有重要意义。方法/过程]针对10名典型用户进行半结构化访谈,在收集大量访谈资料的基础上,利用质性研究方法扎根理论对访谈资料进行分析和归纳以提炼因素,并分析因素间的路径关系。结果/结论]本研究最终归纳出5个主范畴,即感知物理示能性、社会性价值、情感满足、内部组织环境、阅读价值认知,以此为依据建构影响因素与作用路径理论模型。研究结果对提高移动用户的阅读体验具有积极的实践价值,以帮助从用户体验视角深化移动阅读服务的未来构建方向,并为媒体运营商在资源组织和服务更新上提出一定借鉴。

Research on the Influence Factors of Mobile Reading Tools on User Experience

Abstract:Purpose/Significance] Mobile reading has become the mainstream trend of reading for all people.How the user uses reading tools to enhance their reading experience in the mobile environment is of great significance in advancing the quality of mobile reading services.Methods/Process] Semi-structured interviews were conducted for 10 typical users.On the basis of collecting a large amount of interview data,qualitative research methods were used to analyze and summarize the interview data to extract factors then analyze the path relationships between the factors.Result/Conclusion] This study concluded with five main categories:Perceiving Physical Affordance,Social Value,Emotional Satisfaction,Internal Organizational Environment,and Reading Value Cognition.Based on this,a theoretical model of influencing factors and action paths was constructed.The research results had positive practical value for improving the reading experience of mobile users,to help deepen the future direction of mobile reading services from the perspective of user experience,and provide some reference for media operators in resource organization and service updates.
