| 摘 要： | 文章对国内外虚拟社区知识共享行为的相关研究进行了系统的整理和分析,依据实证的结果将虚拟社区成员知识共享的驱动效应归纳为价值驱动、认知驱动、资本驱动以及情境驱动4类,并指出了现有研究的局限性以及未来的研究方向。

| Abstract: | Related research on knowledge sharing behavior in virtual community at home and abroad has been sorted and analysised systematically in this paper,then driving effect on knowledge sharing has been sorted into four types based on the empirical results:value-driven,cognitive-driven,capital-driven and context-driven.Finally,the limitations of study and future directions were proposed. |
