基于隐性知识的文献分类课程教学

摘    要:针对如何在文献分类的教学实践中有效地帮助学生获取隐性知识,以培养学生的应用能力,从文献分类课程教学与隐性知识的关联性入手,寻找文献课程知识与隐性知识的契合点,并在分析隐性知识对文献分类教学中的作用的基础上,探索基于隐性知识的文献分类课程教学策略。研究发现:鉴于教师隐性知识和学生隐性知识都对文献分类教学实践产生影响,文献分类课程可通过交流互动教学、实践教学以及反思学习等途径帮助学生获取隐性知识,由此培养学生的应用能力。

Abstract:To find a solution for helping students get tacit knowledge in the course of Document Classification to cultivate their capabilities, the paper firstly sought for the relationship of Document Classification course and tacit knowledge.And based on the analysis of the role of tacit knowledge in Document Classification course, it explored how to carry out the Document Classification course based on tacit knowledge.The paper found out that interaction, practice and self-thinking would be helpful for students to get tacit knowledge in Document Classification course, in order to improve their capabilities.
