| 摘 要： | 目的/意义]在智库建设新的历史机遇期下对高校智库服务体系构建进行创新性理论探讨,从而突破高校进行智库建设的障碍。方法/过程]基于信息、信息人、信息技术和信息环境的信息生态理论视角,挖掘出信息生态理论与高校智库建设的关联性,对高校智库建设的生态因子及其影响机制进行系统分析。结果/结论]基于信息生态理论构建高校智库信息生态链和信息生态圈,并为高校智库服务体系的构建提出有针对性的建议。

| Abstract: | Purpose/Meaning]In the period of the new historical opportunity of think tank construction,an innovative theoretical discussion on the construction of the think tank service system of colleges and universities was carried out,thus breaking through the obstacles for the construction of think tanks in colleges and universities.Methods/Processes]Based on the information ecological theory perspective of"information,information people,information technology and information environment",the relationship between information ecological theory and the construction of think tanks in universities was unearthed,and the ecological factors and their impact mechanisms of university think tank construction were systematic analysis.Results/Conclusions]The construction of university think tank information ecological chain and information ecological circle based on information ecological theory provided targeted suggestions for the construction of university think tank service system. |
