摘    要:知识创新是构筑组织核心竞争力的关键,尤其是在以知识创新驱动发展的现实背景下,对协同创新主体间知识创新演化过程进行深入分析显得尤为必要。为此,借鉴环境生态理论,在知识创新生态环境的视域下,考虑从知识生命周期演化的视角来分析协同创新主体间的知识创新活动,并利用系统动力学的分析方法,建立了组织协同知识创新演化系统模型,并对其进行了仿真分析与验证,最后在此基础上,提出了促进协同创新主体间知识创新能力的策略与建议。

Abstract:Knowledge innovation is the key to construct the core competitiveness of organization,especially under the realistic background of the knowledge innovation driving the development of the society.So,it is necessary for an in-depth analysis in knowledge innovation evolution between innovation subjects.Therefore,to learn from environmental ecology theory,and under the vision of the knowledge innovation ecological environment,this paper took into account of the perspective of knowledge life cycle evolution to analyze cooperative innovation activities between the main bodies of knowledge innovation,and used system dynamics analysis method to establish the model of collaborative knowledge innovation evolution system between cooperative organizations,and the simulation analysis about the model was accurated at last.Finally based on this,it put forward the strategies and suggestions to promote the ability of knowledge innovation between synergy innovation subjects.
