| 摘 要： | 采用文献资料调研和理论分析等方法探讨运动员认知观念问题。从理论上界定了“运动员认知观念”，并总结出其基本特征；根据Ellis提出的ABC理论，对运动员认知观念进行了理论建构；在比较和分析临床精神障碍患者和运动员认知观念特征的基础上，指出了运动员不合理认知观念的8个特征；对国内、外认知测评方法的应用现状进行综述，阐述了运动员认知观念量表编制的重要性。

| Abstract: | Through using the method of literature and theoretical analysis,this paper makes discussion on athletes' cognitive beliefs.It defines athletes' cognitive beliefs by means of logical method and concludes the characteristics of cognitive beliefs.According to the theory of ABC,it constructs athlete's cognitive beliefs theory.Based on comparing and analyzing the cognitive beliefs construction on clinical psychotic disorders and athlete,it generalizes eight characteristics of athlete's cognitive beliefs.By summarizing the evaluation method of emotion and cognition at home and abroad,it illustrates the importance of arranging the scale. |
