| 摘 要： | 财政扶持对福建省旅游资源的保护和景区开发相当必要，近年来，福建省对旅游景区的财政扶持虽有逐渐加大的趋势，但总体而言，在扶持观念、扶持总量、扶持方式和监督机制等方面仍存在不足。福建省可通过建立旅游环境规划基金和环境补贴等手段促进旅游资源的财政扶持，通过加大对旅游开发规划编制的财政支持和完善旅游景区基础设施的投资政策等手段促进景区开发的财政扶持。
