| 摘 要： | 当前,教师的专业发展已经成为我国乃至世界教师教育改革的主要趋势。新建本科院校要提高教学质量,形成自己的办学特色,必须深入了解教师专业发展中存在的突出问题,并结合新建本科院校的特点,采取一系列科学而有效的措施,才能走向健康、全面、协调、可持续的发展之路。

| Abstract: | Nowadays,the specialization development for teacher has become the main tendency of teacher and education innovation in China and even the world.Improving teaching quality and forming its education feature,the new-built university should correctly master the connotation and feature of the specialization development for teacher and deeply understand its existing and protruding problem.Combing to its feature and carrying out a series of scientific and effective measures,the new-built university can move towards a fine,overall,coordinated and sustainable development. |
