摘    要:“课程资源开发与利用”是当前新课程改革的重要环节。西南少数民族地区课程资源开发既是落实新课程基本理念的举措,又是创建西南少数民族地区教育特色的有力手段和途径。当前西南少数民族地区基础教育课程资源的开发现状还存在诸多不足。校际课程开发是当前西南少数民族地区课程资源开发的优化途径,应注重课程管理的民主性,课程开发主体的“联动性”,课程资源利用的整合性,校际课程利用的充分性、有效性。

Abstract:The development and utilization of curriculum resources is an important segment in the present curriculum reform.Curriculum resources development in Southwest minorities regions is not only an important measure to realize the fundamental idea of the new curriculum,but also a powerful means and effective approach to promoting education with Southwest minorities characteristics.This paper argues that inter-school curriculum development is an approach to optimizing curriculum development in Southwest minorities regions.Some suggestions are put forward concerning how to achieve the goal effectively.
