| 摘 要： | 从教师职前培养的角度研究四川农村教师的专业发展需求。当前面向四川农村学校的师范生培养中的问题主要在于：对师范生自学能力培养的欠缺;忽视了城市和农村的差异;轻视心理辅导学科的实践技能的培养。从四个方面总结出面向四川农村学校师范生培养的策略：1.用先进的教育理念培养学生自我学习能力,引导学生发展有效学习的技能;2.培养学生音乐或美术或体育方面的特长;3.心理辅导实践技能的培养;4.农业知识的讲授。
