| 摘 要： | 体育教学中伤害事故不可避免 ,事故因素多种多样 ,如何认识伤害事故 ,合理区分责任事故与非责任事故 ,保证体育教学的顺利进行是体育教师所关注的话题。本文从法律角度对体育教学中的事故责任进行论述 ,以引起广大体育工作和管理者的高度重视。

| Abstract: | In physical education teaching injury accidents are inevitable. There are various factors involved in these accidents. How to understand injury accidents, distinguish the injury and non injury accidents reasonably, assure physical education teaching to go on wheels are the topic for physical education teachers to concern. The responsibilitiy for injury accidents in physical education teaching was discussed from the viewpoint of law so as to arouse the physical education workers' and administrators' attention. |
