| 摘 要： | 在多年参加全国甲级队集训的实践基础上,对我国职业足球俱乐部的准备期训练安排做了深入研究,力求探索出我国职业足球俱乐部准备期训练的特点及负荷安排状况,将准备期训练的理论与实际训练状况相对照,分析我国职业足球俱乐部准备期训练现实状态和可能存在的问题。研究结果表明,我国职业足球俱乐部在集训期的训练有两个主要特点,即围绕体能测试所进行的体能训练和为了解队员特点而进行的练习比赛。本研究力求为更加科学合理地安排准备期训练做有益的探索尝试,为尽快提高我国职业足球俱乐部的训练水平做出绵薄贡献。 |
