| 摘 要： | 从中国传统文化入手 ,分析其产生及发展 ,提出了“传统”这一概念并非纯粹是指陈旧、过时的东西 ,它不是静态的理念 ,而是动态的现实 ,从而导出了中国现代特色文化绝非星外来客 ,也不是空中楼阁 ,而是渊源于传统又超越传统的先进文化 ,由此而来进一步指出了“三个代表”的思想正是了中国现代特色文化 ,而且随着地球村的形成 ,它将对地球村的村民产生深远的影响

| Abstract: | This paper, by analyzing the emergence and development of Chinese traditional culture, puts forwards that the concept of "tradition" is not purely old-fashioned. It is not a static concept but a dynamic reality. As a result, it can be deduced that the modern Characteristic Culture Of China is by no means exotic and baseless, but advanced culture originated from tradition while surmounts it. And from which this paper further points out that the thought of "three representatives" just right reflects the modern characteristic culture of China and will exert a profound influence on the people across the world. |
