| 摘 要： | 目的/意义]以大数据和人工智能为代表的智能技术的飞速发展给情报工作带来了巨大的机遇和挑战,需要系统审视情报工作面临的问题和可能的解决方案,为情报工作未来发展提供思路。方法/过程]结合笔者实际工作经验,通过文献调研,系统分析了未来技术发展趋势及美国相关实践经验,总结提炼情报工作未来发展需要努力的重点方向。结果/结论]情报工作必须把握时代机遇,面向情报现实需求,从情报理念、基础设施、工程实践、决策支持等方面提升情报工作能力,建立满足情报现时需求、适合时代发展的情报工作体系。

| Abstract: | Purpose/significance] The rapid development of information technology represented by big data and artificial intelligence has brought enormous opportunities and challenges to information service. It is necessary to systematically examine the problems and possible solutions of information service and provide ideas for future development. Method/process] This research systematically analyzes the future technology development trend and relevant US practical experience by literature research and summarizes the key directions for the future development of information service. Result/conclusion] Information service must grasp the opportunities of the new era,aiming to satisfy the real needs of information service,and enhance the information service ability from the aspects of intelligence concept,infrastructure,engineering practice,decision support,etc.,Establishing an information service system that meets the current needs of information. |
