摘    要:太极拳对人体心血管系统、神经系统等多方面有着医疗保健作用,是以强调调心、调息与调形三者协调统一的优秀体育锻炼方法.通过研究其保健养生机制,分析其对增强人体健康的效果,弘扬其健身方法,可以使太极拳在增进人类健康长寿的现实生活中发挥积极的作用.

Abstract:Taijiquan has medical treatment and health care function in many aspects on the hunan cardiovascular system and nervous system.It puts emphasis on unification of heart breath and shape.Based on its function of health keeping,this paper analyses its results of strengthen health.Taijiquan plays a positive role in promoting the human health and prolonging the human life,it is necessary to spread Taijiquan widely.
